In Progress: Rhode Island's Tall Ship Oliver Hazard Perry

Work to complete the state's official tall ship, the Oliver Hazard Perry, has moved into its next phase, as the vessel's hull was launched from the Providence waterfront and towed to Quonset Point where work will continue. Oldport Marine's Matt Gineo was there as she made her way down Narragansett Bay.
