The Junior Leadership Conference is a daylong seminar held at Providence College that helps students to become better leaders. Sessions include diversity, event planning, communication, public speaking and individual assessment. Students throughout Rhode Island participate in the conference to better prepare the leaders of tomorrow with the skills they need to be successful.
