PM Musical Picnic Rescheduled

NEWPORT, R.I. – The outdoor PM Musical Picnic originally scheduled for tonight, July 29, at the Newport Art Museum has been rescheduled due to bad weather. This is the third time the opening PM Picnic has been scratched due to the elements.

Chelley, Bill & Dyl will now perform on Wednesday, August 12 beginning at 6 pm.Enjoy good music and good times as Chelley, Bill and Dyl entertain you with country, blues, jazz and rhythm and blues melodies. Bring a blanket, lawn chairs and a picnic to enjoy on the museum grounds at 76 Bellevue Ave., but leave the pets at home.

Tickets cost $5 for museum members, $10 for non-members: $10 for member households and $15 for non-member households. The concert is weather permitting. Listen to WADK 1540 AM for cancellation notices.

Sunset Music Series Presents Chris Isaak

NEWPORT, R.I. – The Nantucket Nectars Sunset Music Series continues with a performance by the Grammy Award winner Chris Isaak on Wednesday, July 29 at the Newport Yachting Center. Tickets start at $55 and can be purchased either online or at the Yachting Center Box Office, if available. Gates open at 5 p.m. and the show begins at 7 p.m.
