Friday evening, Newport Art Museum hosts their official winter exhibitions opening, which includes the 2010 Newport Annual Members’ Juried Exhibition, William Heydt’s “Newportant People,” and Brenda Lavasseur’s “Windows to our Soul.” Reception begins at 5 p.m., members free; non-members $10. Just Dance

See Jay Gatsby and Daisy Buchanan in a whole new light after the dramatic reading of The Great Gatsby, performed by actors from Warren’s 2nd Story Theater on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Rosecliff.
